Βασικές σπουδές στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Southampton (πτυχίο Αρχαιολογίας), μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Southampton (M.A. Eυρωπαϊκή Αρχαιολογία) και στο Ιnstitute of Archaeology, University College London (PhD, Αιγαιακή προϊστορία και ανθρωπόμορφα ειδώλια).
Είναι μέλος της επιστημονικής ομάδας Working Party on Gender and Archaeology in Europe.

Προϊστορική κοινωνική οργάνωση στο Αιγαίο και στην Ανατολική Μεσόγειο, ανθρωπόμορφα ειδώλια, κοινωνική ταυτότητα και ταυτότητα του φύλου, το σώμα στην αρχαιολογία, αντικείμενα προσωπικής χρήσης, η οργάνωση του χώρου, η χρήση της Πληροφορικής στην Αρχαιολογία.
