Express Services Office Objectives:
 
     • To examine all possible solutions on the requests
     • To provide an easy application procedure for all members of the University community
     • To promptly resolve requests / problems (max within 3 working days)
     • To make sure that you are satisfied with our handling of your case
     • Your requests and concerns are a valuable input for us to constantly improve our services and products, creating the conditions for
        excellent cooperation.
 
What is the commitment of the Office's handling of my request?
 
The Office is committed to:
 
     1. Respond immediately, efficiently and effectively to the issues presented.
     2. In cooperation with the relevant University Organizational Entities, we will investigate each case and respond with a written letter or  
         e-mail as soon as possible and at the latest within 3 working days from the day the request was received.
     3. In case of delay, the applicant will be informed accordingly by the corresponding officer.
