The call for the submission of applications is announced by the beginning of March every year, and stays open from four to six weeks. During this period,  candidates should consult the webpage of the School of Graduate Studies for the deadlines and the online application process.

The shortlisted applicants are called for an interview. Overseas applicants will be interviewed via teleconference.

The submission of applications for the postgraduate programmes for Fall Semester 2022/2023 has been extended. New deadline Monday, 9 May 2022, at 12:00.

Prospective students must have completed an undergraduate degree in Archaeology, History, Classics, Anthropology or other related fields of research (History of Art, Architecture, Geography, Geology, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering) in recognized Universities.

 

Graduates of the University of Cyprus and Universities of Greece must have an undergraduate diploma with a cumulative grade of 6.5 or higher. The equivalent is required for graduates from other Universities.

 

Good knowledge of English is required upon enrolment for this programme. Applicants should submit an English language certificate of level IELTS 5.5 or equivalent, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages*. This does not apply to graduates of English-speaking schools and Universities.
