Students following the Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering program should take a minimum of 5 elective courses (30 c.u.) from the list of technical elective courses. Given the current development state of the Department, electives are arranged in the concentration areas of

• General Mechanical Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Biomedical and Biotechnology Engineering
• Materials Science and Engineering

Additional areas of concentration will be added as the Department grows and develops expertise in other important areas.
