Survey Office
The Survey Office undertakes surveys related to: productivity, customer satisfaction, benchmarking, evaluation of the University´s activities etc. The Office often collaborates with other administrative offices, members of the academic staff, and external experts.
The surveys undertaken by the Office not only identify non-efficient procedures, but also signal any recruitment needs.
