 Undergraduate Admissions FAQ

1)
What is the duration of studies for the undergraduate program?
The academic year comprises two semesters. Eight semesters are normally required for graduation, but in special cases the duration of studies may be extended to a maximum of twelve semesters.

2) Are evening classes available?
Undergraduate courses are generally offered between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

3) What is the language of instruction?
Course of instruction in Greek.

 

Postgraduate Admissions FAQ

1)What postgraduate programmes are offered?
The Department of Biological Sciences offers postgraduate programmes that lead to the following degrees:
Master in Molecular Biology
Master in Reasearch Molecular Biology
PH.D. in Molecular Biology

2) Who can apply for postgraduate programs?
Eligible to apply are those who hold an undergraduate degree from a recognized University with a final general grade of at least 6.5/10

3) What is the language of instruction?
Course of instruction is in Greek

4) Are evening classes available?
Postgraduate course classes are usually offered in the evening.
