INFORMATION FOR ALL INCOMING STUDENTS
All incoming students wishing to come to the University of Cyprus as Erasmus exchange students must be OFFICIALLY NOMINATED by their home universities. A valid erasmus Bilateral Agreement must exist between them and the University of Cyprus.
OFFICIAL NOMINATION PROCEDURE
The nomination e-mail must be sent to Ms Emma Zeniou at
zeniou.emma@ucy.ac.cy and must contain the following information:
NAME AND SURNAME OF STUDENT
DATE OF BIRTH
DURATION OF STAY (FALL SEMESTER, SPRING SEMESTER, WHOLE ACADEMIC YEAR)
E-MAIL ADDRESS
MAIN DOMAIN OF STUDY
BILATERAL AGREEMENT WITH WHICH STUDENT IS EXCHANGED
SUBJECT AREA OF THE AGREEMENT
APPLICATION PROCEDURES AND DEADLINES
The deadline for the receipt ot Erasmus application documents for the FALL SEMESTER and WHOLE ACADEMIC YEAR 2010-2011 is strictly the 15th June 2010. The deadline for the spring semester is the 15th November 2010.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Accommodation applications are handled on a "first comes, first served basis" in case the number of applications exceed the number of available rooms.
The deadline for the receipt of accommodation applications is the 15th June 2010 for the FALL SEMESTER 2010-2011 and the 15th November 2010 for the SPRING SEMESTER 2010-2011.

The Language Centre of the University of Cyprus offers language courses in English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Russian and Turkish.
