The University of Cyprus is a vibrant and active community consisted of undergraduate and graduate students, academic and administrative staff; it is a community that is constantly developing, changing and renewing. The academic staff have formed an Academic Staff Association; the administrative staff belong to the Administrative Staff Union (EDIPPAK); students belong to FEPAN, the Student Union of the University of Cyprus, which was founded in 1993. There are 31 Student Clubs at the University of Cyprus, involved in educational, cultural, artistic and entertainment activities. There is an Alumni  Association of University of Cyprus gratuades that maintains close to the University community.
