bullet smThe Administration Building "Anastasios G. Leventis" of the University of Cyprus classified as «Gold» & «Very Good», according to the international standards of sustainability LEED and BREEAM.
On May 2013, the energy efficiency certification of the University of Cyprus administration building "Anastasios G. Leventis" was completed. The certification was accomplished entirely from collaboration of University members. Apart from energy efficiency, which was determined using the Cypriot software iSBEM-cy that provides an analysis of a building's energy consumption, the sustainability factor inherent in the life cycle of the building was also evaluated in accordance with international standards BREEAM and LEED. Το Πανεπιστήμιο Kύπρου βρίσκεται σε ένα κρίσιμο σημείο όσον αφορά την περαιτέρω πορεία και ανάπτυξή του. Εδώ ακριβώς απαιτείται μια αυτο-αξιολόγηση του οργανισμού όπου προκύπτουν τα εξής ερωτήματα:

  Πού βρίσκεται σε σχέση με άλλα ευρωπαϊκά ιδρύματα σε θέματα ηγεσίας, προσωπικού, επιχειρηματικότητας, διεθνοποίησης και αυτογνωσίας ;    
  Πώς το Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου θα εντάξει την επιχειρηματικότητα στις λειτουργίες, τα προγράμματα και σε κάθε πτυχή της ζωής του;    
  Τι πρέπει να αλλάξει άμεσα;
  Τι μας περιορίζει ;
  Τι μας ευνοεί ;

Τι είναι το HEInnovate H αυτο - αξιολόγηση  Το Εργαλείο 

Δημιουργήθηκε και λειτουργεί με πρωτοβουλία της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής από το Νοέμβρη του 2013. Πρόκειται για ένα online εργαλείο αυτό-αξιολόγησης για τα ιδρύματα τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης. Στοχεύει στην ένταξη και ανάπτυξη της επιχειρηματικότητας στη στρατηγική αλλά και στην καθημερινή λειτουργία των ΑΕΙ και την εμπέδωση και διάδοση της ανάλογης κουλτούρας .

Το εργαλείο διενεργεί σε πρώτο στάδιο μια αυτό-αξιολόγηση που καλύπτει πέντε συγκεκριμένες παραμέτρους, έχει τη δυνατότητα να εξάγει αξιόπιστα και αντικειμενικά αποτελέσματα τα οποία μετά από ανάλυση αξιοποιούνται για να προσφέρουν στον οργανισμό στοχευμένη καθοδήγηση αναφορικά με την ένταξη της επιχειρηματικότητας σε όλες τις πτυχές λειτουργίας. Επιπλέον προσφέρει τη δυνατότητα σύγκρισης με άλλα ΑΕΙ σε εθνικό και ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο.

Την ομάδα-στόχο που θα κληθεί να απαντήσει το ερωτηματολόγιο θα αποτελούν ανώτερα στελέχη και μέλη ΔΕΠ που ασχολούνται με το στρατηγικό σχεδιασμό και θεσμικές πρωτοβουλίες για αλλαγή, φοιτητές μεταπτυχιακού και διδακτορικού επιπέδου, εκπρόσωποι συλλογικών σωμάτων καθώς και οποιοδήποτε μέλος της πανεπιστημιακής κοινότητας εκδηλώσει ενδιαφέρον.

Η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι η Αγγλική.
