The fair took place on Thursday, 23 April 2026, as part of the \u201cYouth Empowered\u201d initiative, sponsored by Coca-Cola HBC Cyprus and organized by the University\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucy.ac.cy\/careercentre\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Career Centre<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" data-ogsb=\"white\"><span lang=\"EL\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-ogsb=\"white\">Members of the university community, both internal and external, also visited the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucy.ac.cy\/alumni-development\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alumni Office<\/a> booth, where they were informed about the activities of the alumni community and the services provided to members of the UCY Alumni Community. They also learned how other members of the university community and partners of the University of Cyprus benefit from their connection with the University\u2019s large alumni network.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" data-ogsb=\"white\"><span lang=\"EL\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-ogsb=\"white\">A total of 103 companies and organizations participated in the fair, confirming the strong interest of the labour market in establishing meaningful connections with the new generation of professionals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" data-ogsb=\"white\"><span lang=\"EL\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-ogsb=\"white\">The \u201cYouth Empowered\u201d initiative continues to serve as an important pillar for empowering young people, providing them with the necessary tools for a dynamic entry into the labour market, while also promoting the systematic connection of the University of Cyprus with the labour market and the business ecosystem.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The University of Cyprus Career and Entrepreneurship Fair 2026 was successfully completed with particularly high participation.
