Course Purpose
The purpose of the course is to guide and make the students realize that through participation with sport and exercise can improve their health and wellbeing

The students will be able to:
  • Learn how to gym well and how to use the opportunities for fitness in their hall life.
  • Familiarize with different sports or activities, encourage them to find alternative ways of exercising.
  • Improve their body, psychology and mental health and well-being of students of our university.
