Course Purpose
The aim of the course is to make students realize the benefits and the necessity for physical activity and fitness for their hall life (Lifelong Fitness). The students will learn the basic technical skills, improve their physical condition and developed basic motor skills in tennis.
Objectives – Learning Outcomes
The students will be able to:
  • Learn basic rules of the sport so it will be more interesting for them to watch games from the television or the court, or even to participate in a low level championships.
