BRAINN aims to characterise the effects of COVID-19 on brain health and to elevate the standards of assessment, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of patients with mental health and cognitive problems due to COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The project is coordinated by the Center for Applied Neuroscience, University of Cyprus, and is implemented in collaboration with three well-renowned partners in brain research: Maastricht University, Ghent University and King&#8217;s College London. The purpose of this collaboration is to advance the research and innovation capacity of the University of Cyprus, as defined in the Work Program for &#8220;Widening Participation and Strengthening the European Research Area&#8221;.
