Requirements for admission to the PhD programme<\/p>\n

  1. Postgraduate degree (MA\/Mast\u00e8re) in Byzantine Studies (Language and Literature, History, Archaeology, History of Art), Medieval Studies\u00a0(Language and Literature, History, Archaeology, History of Art) or a related field.<\/li>\n
  2. In addition to Greek, satisfactory knowledge of one of the five main languages of Byzantine Studies (English, French, German, Italian and Russian); for non-Greek speakers, in addition to the mother tongue, knowledge of English.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    Candidates who meet the requirements will be called for an interview. Overseas applicants will be interviewed via teleconference.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
