Today, almost everyone has access to the same tools. This means that the competitive advantage is not knowing yet another app. It is knowing how to think, collaborate, judge and create value in a world that automates even the \u201ceasy\u201d. In this keynote we will separate the hype from the reality and see what is changing in the job market when roles are redesigned around AI copilots and agents. With a strategic foresight perspective, we map the skills that will increase in value over the next 2\u20133 years and those that will quickly become \u201cbaseline\u201d. The focus, however, is on the human part: critical thinking and judgment, the ability to ask the right questions, give meaning to information, build trust, communicate clearly, coordinate teams, make decisions responsibly. Participants leave with a practical \u201chuman-first skill stack\u201d and how to use AI as a lever for evolution without losing their human compass. Because in the end, when everything is automated, your value is not the output.
