Her monograph,\u00a0<em>Female Corporeal Performances: Reading the Body in Byzantine Passions and Lives of Holy Women<\/em>\u00a0and her other publications explore hagiography, gender, body, emotions, and power relations.<\/p>\n<p>The Centre for Medieval Arts &amp; Rituals (CeMAR) at the University of Cyprus promotes groundbreaking interdisciplinary research in medieval studies.
