The program was launched in 2008. This program aims to develop skilled, local ICT talent and bridge communication between countries and cultures. By sharing our ICT expertise and experiences in the global business environment, young people from different countries can learn about advanced technologies in the ICT industry and accumulate ICT expertise and skills through the Seeds for the Future program, contributing to the progress of the global ICT industry. This program helps develop local ICT talents, enhance knowledge transfer, promote a greater understanding and interest in the telecommunications sector, and improve and encourage regional building and participation in the digital community.<\/div>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Job Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Huawei Cyprus invites applications for the position of Technical Support Engineer.<\/p>\n<p>Main Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the configuration, integration, parameter optimization and\/or maintenance of telecommunications equipment and systems.<\/li>\n<li>As a member of the local project delivery team, to support the delivery of new projects, implementation of new solutions in customer networks, functionality testing and acceptance, troubleshooting, issues diagnosing and resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain excellent communication with customers at his level, involve in internal and external technical meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-motivated with a self-learning mindset, passionate in learning new edge-of-technology product solutions and willing to grow in a multicultural environment.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible with good organization skills, attention to detail and focused in quality work delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written Greek and English communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Strong collaboration and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>1 year of technical support experience or in similar position will be considered a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All applicants will be treated with strict confidentiality.
