The Centre for Teaching and Learning in working towards the implementation of the\u00a0UCY policy for Quality Assurance in Teaching,\u00a0<\/a>has under Area I: “Recognition and dissemination of good teaching practices and self-assessment of teaching” in Action: B. “Instruments for self-assessment and improvement of teaching”, developed a \u201cPeer Observation\u201d policy.<\/div>\n

The policy was approved by the Senate (16\/2019\/\u03a3\u03a5\u0393\u039a\u039b\u0397\u03a4\u039f\u03a3) to be applied on a voluntary basis.<\/p>\n

The Centre is active in the implementation of the policy and sends information to UCY instructors. On 17th April 2024<\/strong> this policy was presented in an open discussion for teaching staff. See here Open Discussions<\/a>.<\/p>\n
