10:00-11:00 LECTURE: The lecture will look at outstanding examples of assessments that are directed at an audience, and explain what makes this model of learning so effective.

\n11:30-13:30 SEMINAR: In a follow-up seminar, we will identify reasons why outward-facing assessments may or may not feature in the ‘signature pedagogies’ of different academic disciplines, and we will draw up suggestions about what can be learned from different subjects where this practice is already well embedded.<\/div>\n
