In addition to announcing the number of places available in each field of study and the application procedure, the eligibility criteria for candidates are also mentioned, as well as other required documents that must be attached to the application.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Prospective students must have completed an undergraduate degree in Archaeology, History, Anthropology, or other related fields of research (e.g. History of Art, Architecture, Geography, Geology, Topography, Environmental Sciences, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering). Graduates of the University of Cyprus and Universities of Greece must have an undergraduate diploma with a cumulative grade of 6.5 or higher. The equivalent is required for graduates from other Universities.<\/p>\n<p>Ten <strong>(10<\/strong>) places are available for the M.Sc. programme <strong>in<\/strong> \u201c<strong>Digital<\/strong><strong> Heritage and Landscape Archaeology\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>APPLICATION MATERIAL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Applications can be submitted electronically using the online application system <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"http:\/\/ucy.ac.cy\/postgraduate_appl_en\">http:\/\/ucy.ac.cy\/postgraduate_appl_en<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications must be submitted online<\/strong> and must include the following:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>Digital copy\/ies of Bachelor degree\/s from a recognized University<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Prospective students must have completed an undergraduate degree in Archaeology, History, Anthropology, or other related fields of research (e.g. History of Art, Architecture, Geography, Geology, Topography, Environmental Sciences, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering). Graduates of the University of Cyprus and Universities of Greece must have an undergraduate diploma with a cumulative grade of 6.5 or higher. The equivalent is required for graduates from other Universities,<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>University Transcript,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Two (2) letters of recommendation<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Together with your application, you must submit, the names and addresses of at least two (2) referees (University Professors) familiar with the candidate and his\/her academic performance. Candidates should request letters of recommendation to be sent directly to the Coordinator of Postgraduate Studies of the Department.\u00a0 The Department may request additional confidential information from referees.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Curriculum Vitae<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Letter of intent<\/strong>: a short (1 page \/ up to 650 words) statement of personal goals and research interests (in English),<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must speak <strong>English at a satisfactory level:<\/strong> GCE or TOEFL with a grade \u201cB\u201d or higher for GCE- O\u2019 level, and 600 for TOEFL, or a score of a 6.5 or higher on the IELTS Academic exam (this does not apply to native speakers or holders of a degree from an English speaking University).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidates who meet the necessary requirements will be called for an interview.
