Το ερευνητικό μου πρόγραμμα εξετάζει ένα ευρύ φάσμα βασικών προβλημάτων στη Βιοφυσική/Βιοαναλυτική Xημεία. Οι τεχνικές φασματοσκοπίας υπερύθρου με μετατροπή Fourier (FTIR), Attenuated Total Reflection FTIR, time-resolved step-scan FTIR, και resonance Raman σε συνδυασμό με την υγρή χρωματογραφία υψηλής απόδοσης (HPLC) αποτελούν τα εργαλεία μας για τη μελέτη θεμελιωδών μηχανισμών στη Βιοχημεία και Χημεία Τροφίμων. | |

My research program addresses a wide range of fundamental problems in Biophysical/Bioanalytical Chemistry. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Attenuated Total Reflection FTIR, time-resolved step-scan FTIR, and resonance Raman are the spectroscopic tools along with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the investigation of basic mechanisms in Biochemistry and Food Chemistry. | |
