Είναι κάτοχος Διδακτορικού τίτλου από το University of Reading και έχει προηγουμένως διδάξει στο Τμήμα Επικοινωνίας του Πανεπιστημίου Λευκωσίας. Είναι μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκής Ακαδημίας Κινηματογράφου
