Έχει διδάξει στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Leicester (Teahing Fellow) και διεξάγει έρευνα στο Centre for Research and Analysis of Migration (CreAM) στο Κολλεγιακό Πανεπιστήμιο του Λονδίνου (UCL). Λέκτορας (2008-2012), Επίκουρος Καθηγητής (2012-2021), Αναπληρωτής Καθηγητής (2021 - ) στο Τμήμα Οικονομικών του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου.
