Postdoctoral research at the same University (1982-83). Lecturer and Assistant Professor in Didactics of Mathematics, University of Thessaloniki, Department of Mathematics (1983-1996). Associate Professor (1996-2002) and Professor (2002-today) in Didactics of Mathematics, University of Cyprus. Visiting Fellow at European Universities. Member of the Editorial Board of International Journals in Didactics of Mathematics. Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Sciences of Education.
