Undergraduate studies at the National Technical University of Athens (5 year diploma in Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences) and postrgraduate studies at the University of Warwick, United Kingdom (M.Sc. 2010 and Ph.D. in Mathematics, 2013). In the past, he worked at the Mathematics Institute, University of Warwick (Postdoctoral Research Fellow, 2013-2014) and the Department of Statistics, University of Warwick (Postdoctoral Research Fellow, 2014-2015). Since 2015 he has been working at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Cyprus (Lecturer 2015-2019, Assistant Professor since 2019).
Frequentist asymptotic performance of posterior distributions in non-parametric Bayesian Statistics. Problems at the interface of Differential Equations and Statistics in infinite/high dimensions, Bayesian regularization of Inverse Problems, Monte Carlo and Markov chain Monte Carlo methods in function space.
