The School&#8217;s Strategic Plan, named <strong>GREAT<\/strong>, is founded on four pillars: <strong>G<\/strong>lobal Recognition and Diversity, <strong>R<\/strong>esearch and Scholarship, <strong>E<\/strong>ngagement, Service and Outreach, <strong>A<\/strong>sset and Resource Management, and <strong>T<\/strong>eaching and Learning Experience. The Strategic Plan contributes to the achievement of the School&#8217;s goals, which are the pursuit of excellence in research and teaching, as well as the dissemination of knowledge through collaboration with the local community, for the benefit of society. The current Strategic Plan covers the period 2021-2025, while the revised Strategic Plan, covering the period 2026-2030, is currently being prepared.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucy.ac.cy\/fem\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2022\/09\/30_09_2022_Strategic-planning-FEM-2021-2025.pdf\">2021-2025<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucy.ac.cy\/fem\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2021\/09\/2019_05_20-Strategic-planning-FEM-2020.pdf\">2018-2020<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annual Report<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In the Annual Report, the main activities and achievements of the School for each reporting year are highlighted.
