GROUP MINDS during PALM SUNDAY
April 27, 2024Group Minds in Ancient Narrative and the Significance of European Elections 2024
May 30, 2024We are delighted to announce the official unveiling of the new logo for the GROUP MINDS IN ANCIENT NARRATIVE research project. This logo serves as a visual representation of our project’s mission and values, encapsulating the essence of our research journey.
Inspired by the ancient Greco-Roman theatres, the logo features an abstract representation of the ancient theatre. In antiquity, theatres were not only places of entertainment but also served as important venues for collective assembling and group convening. This symbolism resonates deeply with the concept of group minds, reflecting our exploration of collective knowledge and cognitive reactions within narratives. The schematic pattern within the Amphitheatre design alludes to ancient anaktora while also hinting at an abstract representation of the human brain. This dual imagery further emphasizes the interconnectedness between ancient storytelling structures and cognitive processes, underscoring the interdisciplinary nature of our research. The choice of gold color in the logo was deliberate, serving as a reminiscent of antiquity and highlighting the timeless significance of our research themes. Gold symbolizes prestige, wisdom, and endurance, qualities that align with the enduring legacy of ancient narratives and the intellectual pursuits of our project.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our talented designer, Miltos Constantinou, who meticulously crafted this logo, taking into consideration the unique needs and character of our project. His creative vision and dedication have resulted in a logo that beautifully captures the essence of GROUPMINDS.
Stay tuned for more updates as we integrate our new logo into our project materials and continue our exploration of ancient narratives and collective knowledge.
