The Genetic Social Psychology Lab at the University of Cyprus is run by Dr. Charis Psaltis, Dr. Irini Kadianaki and Dr. Maria Ioannou. Our research projects seek to understand the social-psychological processes that underlie issues of change, inter-subjective contact and communication, as well as identity. We focus especially in contexts of divided societies and multi-cultural societies as well as contexts of social exclusion. Further, a strand of our research also focuses on learning and cognitive development in the educational context.
