The Language Centre of the University of Cyprus, in partnership with The Representation of the European Commission in Cyprus, cordially invite you to the ‘’European Day of Languages 2024’’.
Event Details:

- Venue: Lobby, Social Activities Building 07, University New Campus
- Parking: Specifically designated parking spaces for Language Fair visitors are marked in red on the attached map.

PROGRAMME
In the lobby of building KOD 07 there will be information stations from the following language Institutes/Organizations:
Aula Cervantes Nicosia, Bilingualism Association, British Council, Confucius Institute, Società Dante Alighieri, EUNIC Cluster, European Office Representation in Cyprus, French Institute, Goethe Institute, Language Centre - UCY and School of Modern Greek - UCY.

A TASTE OF LANGUAGES
In celebrating the European Day of Languages, the European Commission and the Language Centre of the University of Cyprus invite you to get a taste of the languages offered by the University to undergraduate students.
Experienced instructors from the Language Centre, the School of Greek Language, and the Confucius Institute have prepared a brief, entertaining presentation from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in order to provide you with a glimpse of the languages and cultures they represent.
The program includes ten (10) languages: English, French, German, Greek, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Russian, Turkish, and Cypriot Sign Language. For the ''Language Tasters'' programme click here!
The duration of each language taster is 20 minutes, with a maximum of 15-20 participants in each session.
Please note that all "Language Taster/Speak Date" sessions will be recorded for promotional purposes and activity records.
