General InformationThe Turkish Language Teaching Courses at the Language Center of University of Cyprus are designed for the general public and respond to the specific professional needs of the participants taking into account the triptych: work- family-education. The aim of the course is to help participants acquire substantial linguistic communication skills. The lessons include dialogues and authentic texts appropriate to the age of the students and adapted to their language level, as well as pleasant and friendly activities of understanding and producing oral and written speech, based on photographic and audiovisual material freely available on the Internet (eg. songs, movie clips, TV series, weather reports, videos with scenes of everyday life, etc.). Special programs tailored to the Turkish language examinations (Tömer / İstanbul exams) are also offered. At the end of the programs, a certificate of attendance and completion of the corresponding level is provided. |

Tuition Fees: 840 Euros, in the total cost. The teaching material is included. A reduction of 10% is granted for UCY students provided that the minimum number of enrolments is 7 participants. Payment is made in 1 instalment. The participants in addition to the UCY Certificate they will receive for successfully completing the program, will also be prepared to take if they wish the ISTANBUL exam for the beginner’s level A1.
