Constantinos Kombos is currently an Associate Professor of Public Law at the Law Department of the University of Cyprus. He is the author of six books, the most recent one being titled Cypriot Constitutional Law: Theory, Organization and Praxis (Athens: Nomiki Vilviothiki, 2021; in Greek). He is currently working towards the completion of a volume on Crimes Against the Constitution and on a monograph on the Primacy of EU law. Constantinos has acted as Legal Advisor for the negotiations on the Cyprus Problem since 2014 and was appointed in 2020 by the Supreme Court of Cyprus as a member of the Board for the School of Judges (only non-judicial member). He has also represented the Republic of Cyprus before the CJEU for Opinion 2\/13, Accession of the EU to the ECHR. His research interests include constitutional law, comparative constitutional law, law of the EU, constitutional theory and human rights.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
