An inspiring evening at the UCY MBA Program!<\/p>\n

We were honoured to welcome Mr. George Yiannikouris, former Group Human Resources Senior Manager and currently Group Senior Manager \u2013 Operations Strategy & Excellence at Medochemie Ltd., for an insightful keynote lecture titled \u201cLeading People: Does It Ever Get Easier?\u201d<\/p>\n

Through real-life leadership experiences and practical examples from the business world, Mr. Yiannikouris shared valuable insights on communication, collaboration, self-awareness, and the complexities of managing people in modern organisations. MBA students and guests highly appreciated the engaging discussion, thought-provoking reflections, and the opportunity to connect leadership theory with real-world practice. The event also sparked a lively exchange of ideas during the Q&A session and networking reception that followed.<\/p>\n
