An analysis of the world’s most admired companies shows that the most important success factor and at the same time one of the few ways that organizations can gain long-term, sustainable competitive advantage, is the effective acquisition and management of their people. Therefore, the Department of Business and Public Administration of the University of Cyprus provides an innovative Master’s Program in Human Resource Management (MSc in HRM). The MSc in HRM offers in-depth knowledge and skills on how to achieve such an advantage through people in a variety of organizational settings and is suitable for both graduates of HR related bachelor studies as well as graduates from other fields.
