Therefore, the Department of Business and Public Administration of the University of Cyprus provides an innovative Master\u2019s Program in Human Resource Management (MSc\u00a0in HRM). The MSc in HRM offers in-depth knowledge and skills on how to achieve such an advantage through people in a variety of organizational settings and is suitable for both graduates of HR related bachelor studies as well as graduates from other fields.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The program offers students the opportunity to learn from leading HRM and organizational experts within Europe and beyond and to apply their knowledge in real-world settings. Furthermore, it provides them with knowledge in practical aspects of HR through various workshops that will enhance their understanding from an HR practitioner perspective.
