This Section manages the construction of all campus projects, from the initial tender/contract stage through to completion of buildings. In the execution of all projects the Sector supervises and monitors: costs, adherence to building specifications and timeframes, safety, etc.
More specifically, the Section evaluates tenders; draws up all contracts; manages and monitors project execution; supervises safety conditions; applies quality control measures. The Section works in close cooperation with University as well as various government authorities.
The Sector has created several Offices to manage its numerous responsibilities:

- Supervision and Inspection Office
- Quality and Environmental Issues Office
