The aim is to identify and adapt the <em>research management capital base of the EU<\/em>, including the widening countries, of its <em>current and future research management workforce to emerging needs to improve <\/em>the EU\u2019s competitiveness and sustain its economic performance. A state-of-the-art pan-European network of research managers can support the establishment of strategic, cross-border partnerships between research managers in industry, research funding organisations, higher education and research institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The RM Roadmap project needs research managers (RMs) to share their knowledge and expertise as part of an online co-creation process, the <a style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\" href=\"https:\/\/earma.org\/conferences\/rm-roadmap-knowledge-and-community-platform\/\">RM Roadmap Knowledge and Community Platform<\/a>. This platform, will bring research managers and administrators (RMAs) together to shape the future of the profession as part of the RM Roadmap Project (EU-funded project), that will support the strengthening of an inclusive research management community in Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">Co-Creation Session 1: Understanding the landscape: National Networks and Associations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A consensus document for Country Community Cyprus was developed and it contains the outcomes of the First Co-Creation Session &#8211; Understanding the landscape: National Networks and Associations.<\/p>\n<p>We invite you to support the consensus document by going to the open poll and casting your vote.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/earma.org\/roadmap\/register\/\">Click here<\/a><\/strong> to register in the RM Roadmap Knowledge and Community Platform. After the registration, go to RM Roadmap Groups and Join as contributor to Cyprus, then you can go to Polls and cast your vote (see picture below).
