F19 Katarzyna Ksepka (UCY)

Katarzyna Ksepka is a doctoral candidate at the University of Cyprus, working under the supervision of Maria Margaroni. She holds an MA in English Studies from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn (Poland). Her main research interests include English literature, literary criticism, and translation studies. She also has a strong interest in storytelling and the holistic approach to medicine. Her research project, entitled ‘The Healing Masters and Mistresses of Medievalist Detective Fiction’, focuses on the detective’s role as a medic, on sufferer-healer interactions, and on individual and collective healing, as these are presented in medievalist detective fiction.
