NetMAR Reading Group

Committed to fostering inclusive, exciting conversations, NetMAR runs a Reading Group that brings together researchers and scholars from across the three collaborating institutions – UCY, SDU, and UNI BA – but which will also welcome anyone interested in the different aspects covered by NetMAR.

The first meeting of the NetMAR Reading Group took place on 16 September 2021 at SDU, with some members joining online. The conversation revolved around Jan Assmann’s Religion and Cultural Memory (trans. Rodney Livingstone; Stanford: Stanford University Press, 2006). The text was introduced by Dr Nils Holger Petersen (SDU).
