Informational activity by the Alumni Office at the recent Career and Entrepreneurship Fair 2026 of the University of Cyprus.

The University of Cyprus Career and Entrepreneurship Fair 2026 was successfully completed with particularly high participation. The fair took place on Thursday, 23 April 2026, as part of the “Youth Empowered” initiative, sponsored by Coca-Cola HBC Cyprus and organized by the University’s Career Centre.

Members of the university community, both internal and external, also visited the Alumni Office booth, where they were informed about the activities of the alumni community and the services provided to members of the UCY Alumni Community. They also learned how other members of the university community and partners of the University of Cyprus benefit from their connection with the University’s large alumni network.

A total of 103 companies and organizations participated in the fair, confirming the strong interest of the labour market in establishing meaningful connections with the new generation of professionals.

The “Youth Empowered” initiative continues to serve as an important pillar for empowering young people, providing them with the necessary tools for a dynamic entry into the labour market, while also promoting the systematic connection of the University of Cyprus with the labour market and the business ecosystem.
