Musical Courtyards: Actions Ulloι Aglantzia, Research Project PS-U-GO, SURF Lab

The urban living lab Ulloι Aglantzia (https://www.instagram.com/ulloiaglantzia/), part of the Erasmus+ research project PS-U-GO (Participatory Skills for Sustainable Urban Governance, https://www.psugo.eu/), coordinated by the SURF Lab of the Department of Architecture at the University of Cyprus, in collaboration with the Triaglis Team of the historic core of Old Aglantzia, is organizing a special evening of music. The event “Musical Courtyards” aims to enliven the historic core of Aglantzia with live musical performances in selected private courtyards, culminating in a major open-air concert in the central square. The programme will feature traditional, jazz, art-folk, and experimental music, set against a unique backdrop that highlights the area’s architectural heritage. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on site, and visitors will also have the opportunity to learn more about the activities of Ulloι Aglantzia. This initiative aspires to become a long-term annual tradition for the historic core of Aglantzia, emphasising the importance of community and fostering stronger connections between citizens, local stakeholders, municipal authorities, and the academic community.
