The Mare Cyprium Project is an exercise in digital public outreach in archaeology funded by the Honor Frost Foundation (HFF) for the years 2021-2023.

It aims to develop a series of digital multimedia applications for the promotion of the maritime cultural heritage of the island of Cyprus.

Mare Cyprium is developed by the team at the MAritime ARchaeological REsearch Laboratory (MARELab) of the University of Cyprus (UCY).

It will benefit from a collaboration with the Education team of the Nautical Archaeology Society (NAS).
