· Research topic(s): Intelligent Dependable Embedded Systems, Security in IoT-based Cyber Physical Systems, Test and Automation in Integrated Systems, Hardware-Inspired Security, Resiliency and Fault Tolerance, Edge-based ML/AI Optimization, Reliability and Security.
· Short Description/Duties and Responsibilities: Fulfill all Departmental requirements for the PhD degree (courses, qualifications exam, thesis proposal, thesis defense). Perform research in one or a combination of the above research topics, yielding novel results that extend the state of the art.
· Profile of the ideal candidate: Highly motivated individual with strong computing/algorithmic and computer hardware background and skills.
