1. Research
Research Policy
Conducting research at an international level is a primary goal of the Department, with research quality serving as the main criterion for faculty advancement. To recognise excellence more systematically, the Department has introduced a policy of awarding small monetary prizes, in the form of research funding, for publications appearing only in the very top tier and leading journals in the field. Although such awards are not intended to be the sole incentive for research, they contribute to strengthening the Department’s research culture and underscore that the highest standards of scholarship are both valued and recognised.
2. Teaching
