On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of the University of Cyprus, Professor Tatiana-Eleni Synodinou, is featured in a special tribute by Economy Today magazine. In her article, she highlights that, despite the significant progress made in recent years, equal access for women to opportunities, positions of responsibility, and decision-making centers has not yet been fully established. At the same time, she underlines the need for consistent and long-term interventions so that women’s participation can translate into meaningful influence and leadership presence.
