🎙 Key Speaker
Prof. Eva Méndez, Associate Professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M), is an internationally renowned voice in Open Science and metadata. She served as Chair of the EC Open Science Policy Platform (2018–2020) and currently holds the role of Deputy Vice-President for Scientific Policy and Open Science at UC3M.

Prof. Méndez is also a member of the Steering Board of CoARA (Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment) and a passionate advocate for reforming how researchers and research are evaluated in Europe. In this webinar, she will explore how institutions are implementing CoARA Action Plans, the role of Open Peer Review, and how text-mining methods are helping analyse CoARA uptake across Europe.
